Soaring Connections certification is available to all providers. You can access the training at your own pace, complete each module, and earn a certificate that reflects your commitment to quality support.

This certification is designed to carry meaningful value across the I/DD community. Families, guardians, and professionals can recognize it as a sign of competency, care, and preparation.
To complete the process, providers will:

Work through structured training modules.

Reflect through guided questions.

Take short knowledge checks.

Complete a final competency-based review.
Certified providers receive a digital certificate and badge. Elevate members may also be listed on the Soaring Connections site as part of their membership.
Future updates will include renewal training, CEUs and advanced modules to support long-term growth.
