Our profile matching service helps individuals with ID/DD and self-directed providers connect based on shared values, support goals, and communication styles. This guided process encourages strong, sustainable relationships from the start.

Our training program equips self-directed providers with practical tools, values-based approaches, and professional strategies to deliver high-quality support. Providers learn how to build sustainable, relationship-centered services that make a lasting impact.

Practical guidance for planning, documentation, and support.
Our consultation services help individuals, families, and providers take meaningful steps forward. From reviewing documents to building support plans, we provide focused, personalized support based on real-world experience.
🪶Flash Consults: $25–30 (15–30 min)
🪶Full Consults: $60/hour
Inclusive Activities

We host small-group activities that promote belonging, fun, and friendship for individuals with ID/DD. From breakfast outings to mini golf and creative nights, each event is designed to support authentic connection in welcoming environments.
