Soaring Connections, LLC is a membership-based community for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), their families and guardians, and providers of self-directed services. Our services may include:

  • Values-based profile matching

  • Training and professional development

  • Consultations

  • Inclusive community activities

 

3. Website and Account Use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Provide false or misleading information during registration or profile creation

  • Interfere with the operation of our website or attempt to gain unauthorized access

  • Share another member’s personal information without their consent

If you create an account or profile, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

 

4. Membership and Conduct

Membership access and benefits depend on your selected level. All members are expected to:

  • Interact respectfully and professionally with others

  • Follow activity guidelines and posted rules

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate membership or profile information

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access for conduct that violates these terms or compromises community safety.

 

5. Payments and Refunds

Membership, service, and activity fees are listed on our website and may change.

  • Activity refunds: Cancellations within 48 hours may still require payment if the spot or ticket cannot be reassigned.

  • Other refunds: All other refunds are handled case-by-case via email.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, materials, and resources are owned by Soaring Connections, LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

 

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Participation in activities is voluntary. Individuals are responsible for bringing their own support if needed. Soaring Connections, LLC is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in services, activities, or use of information provided.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iowa and Nebraska.
