Explore individuals who are currently interested in connecting with independent providers for self-directed support. ​Each Connection Profile offers an introduction to the individual, including information about their interests, support needs and the type of connection they're seeking. Basic profiles provide a simple introduction, while Enhanced profiles offer additional details to help providers explore potential compatibility.

Interested in Connecting?
Browsing Open Connections is free. If you find someone you'd like to connect with, you can submit a Request-to-Connect through Soaring Connections.
An active Connection Profile and Connection Access are required to initiate a request. Receiving a connection request does not require Connection Access.
Not Seeing a Potential Connection?
If you don't see an individual whose support needs, interests or schedule align with what you're looking for, you can still share your interest in connecting through Soaring.
Submitting a referral allows you to establish a Connection Profile and participate in the connection process.
