FAQs

What happens after I sign up?

 

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your login details and a link to access your member dashboard. From there, you can explore upcoming events, browse available tools, and update your Connection Compass profile. If you're a Thrive or Elevate member, you’ll also get access to our private Facebook Group and member-only resources.

Can I cancel or change my plan later?

 

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or switch between monthly and annual plans. If you'd like to upgrade to a different tier, you can do that from the dashboard or by reaching out to us directly. Changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

 

How do I get matched with a provider?

 

Once you create or update your Connection Compass profile, we’ll send you personalized recommendations based on your preferences, support needs, and values. You’ll also be invited to join upcoming Connect & Match events to meet providers in person or online.

 

Do I need Facebook to access member features?

 

No. While our private Facebook Group is available for Thrive and Elevate members, it’s completely optional. You’ll still receive all member updates by email, and you can access exclusive tools, downloads, and your activity calendar directly from the website.

 

Are refunds available?

 

All memberships are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. If something unexpected comes up, reach out—we’ll always do our best to support you.
